Contributions or gifts to the Fadness for Fishers committee are not deductible for income tax purposes. Important contribution law information: Individuals, LLCs, LLPs, Sole Proprietorships, and Political Action Committees may make unlimited contributions to local candidates. A Corporation is limited to $2,000 in contributions per year apportioned in any manner among all county, local or school board candidates. Contributions or gifts are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Indiana law requires us to collect and report the name, address and employment information for contributions that exceed $100 in a calendar year.
